Excellent semi-serviced apartments in a nice residential part of BKK

I stayed here in December 2022 with my partner and daughter. It's has *very* spacious three bedroom apartments. The master bedroom has a large changing room as well as large bathroom, while the second bedroom also has a walk-in closet. There is a second bathroom and a second toilet (I think there's even a maid's bathroom/toilet on the other side of the kitchen). There is a pretty large kitchen, large utility room. The living area is huge with a dining table and a couple of sofas and armchairs. It has windows/balconies on both sides. It's a somewhat older building, so it is better/heavier construction than most new buildings in Bangkok. Cleaners come every day, replace the bed linen and towels regularly and also replenish things like milk and breakfast cereal. The general area is a residential area about 5/10 minutes away from Sukhumvit Road- behind the EmQuartier Mall. At this point you are getting into the fancier area of Bangkok, with more rich Thais and Japanese, and fewer western tourists. There are some really excellent restaurants very close by, and it's a short distance to more action. If you are getting medical treatment it's not far to one of the two good international hopsitals (Samitivej). This would be excellent for several couples travelling together or a decent-sized family who want to live in a more normal environment and not surrounded by tourists and hotels. As I mentioned, the apartments are really large and can easily absorb a lot of people. After visiting Bangkok many times and even living there for a little while I can say that this will always be my preferred place to stay if I am in a group of people.

This apartment is really amazing!! It’s very clean and they provide you each day with different things for breakfast inside your apartment like milk, yogurt,juice,bread, and others .Also free ride from airport and to subway station. The staff is so friendly and professional, they really respond very quickly when you need them. Also, there is a security around 24 hr..

Apartment was everything we thought we would get and even better. Big and clean. Food was great. Close to skyline. Swimming pool. We were 2 families together, 6 people, and we all liked it and would recommend it. Would stay there again.

I was hesitant to book this place because of the few reviews. And the only review it had was the persons first review so I suspected this was by a "ringer" of the hotel, a close friend of the hotelier who created a throwaway account and write a positive review. All I can say is that as a seasoned traveller and regular to this city, we will be back. Every detail has been addressed: Check in was effortless and well executed. The place is spotlessly clean and in a great area for groceries and shopping and restaurants. The pool and other amenities are well kept. Staff are professional and committed to responding to guest needs. I really cannot fault this place. Breakfast is in the room and it is continental but replenished every day. Deviation from the standard cereals and eggs and toast isnt possible, but thats a very minor inconvenience as the place always asserts it isnt a hotel. This small issue is very bearable in comparison to how much we saved, and how wonderful every other aspect of this place really is. We will be back for sure.

This is a very good apartment in a really nice area of Bangkok, Sukumvit. Surrounded by quite streets, safe to walk at night, and lovely restaurants. Near to BTS, lovely service and very friendly and helpful staff.
